St. Johns County criminal records are split among the Sheriff's Public Records Unit, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller, Florida Department of Law Enforcement systems, Florida corrections records, and the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. This private reference brings those official routes into one clear starting point.

Why We Built This Site

Florida provides several public access routes, yet each custodian holds a different part of the record. The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office keeps sheriff reports, booking material, and its local arrest-check records. The Clerk maintains filed charges, docket events, dispositions, and court copies. FDLE's Criminal Justice Information Services is the central statewide criminal-history repository. Florida Department of Corrections and the FDLE registry add custody, supervision, and registration records. We organize official contacts, fees, portals, and request steps by the office that can actually answer the request.

Only the originating office, such as the Sheriff, Clerk, or FDLE, can issue an official record. This resource can identify the route, but cannot supply the document.
